Deborah Fleischmann, Senior Vice President of Servicing, oversees the operations of the Servicing and Asset Administration groups located in Williamsville, NY. Under her direction, the division was restructured and a new servicing system was implemented. Her improved operating efficiencies facilitated the growth of a 100 percent increase in servicing volume over a four-year period. Ms. Fleischmann’s group services all loans for Arbor and its affiliates, in addition to third-party investors, such as Fannie Mae, HUD/Ginnie Mae, publicly held investors, conduit and securitized CMSA loans.
With over 31 years of experience in the commercial loan servicing and banking industries, her depth of knowledge includes the administration of agency loans, particularly Ginnie Mae and HUD-insured accounts, as well as Fannie Mae, CMBS and CDO structures. She formerly served as Chairman of Fannie Mae’s Chief Asset Management Committee.
Prior to joining Arbor, Ms. Fleischmann managed KeyCorp’s servicing and asset management operations, which included over 60 investor accounts at KeyCorp Real Estate Capital Markets, Inc., covering diverse portfolio types. She was an active participant as a due diligence team member on various real estate company acquisitions.
Ms. Fleischmann obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
